This Text Reminder service ("the Service") is provided by Text Reminders Limited ("TRL") 145-157 St. John Street, London EC1V 4PY.
Charges
You will be charged 25p (twenty five pence) per SMS text message. The charge is inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to increase the charges at any time.
Accuracy
Whilst TRL will use all resonable endeavours to ensure that the information provided by this service is timely and accurate, no liability can be accepted arising from inaccuracies, delays in transmission of messages or ommisions. Copyright in the content of all information provided to you belongs to TRL.

TR will not be liableto you if you are unable to access or use the Service due to the failure of any machine, system or transmission link, any period of essential maintenance, critical change, repairs, alteration to or failure of computer or communication systems, any industrial dispute or anything beyond our reasonable control or that of our agents or subcontractors.
